Tapstitch offers several high-quality printing techniques, depending on the type of item selected:

• Direct-To-Garment (DTG) Printing: We use top of the range Brother and Kornit machines with eco-friendly, water-based inks to print vibrant long-lasting designs directly onto garments.

• Direct-To-Film (DTF) Printing: We use premium transfer films and advanced heat press equipment to ensure accurate, durable prints.

We do not provide custom branding services, including woven neck labels, hang tags, packaging bags, and paper inserts. We’re working on a new solution to offer this service.

We don’t offer sample orders specifically, but our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just one item. This means you can choose any product you’d like to try and order a single piece, allowing you to personally experience the quality of our garments and printing before ordering more.

While Tapstitch handles returns in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors, we don’t process returns directly from your customers. If you’re a reseller or dropshipping partner, you’ll manage customer returns based on your store policies. You can refer to our return policy for more details: Returns Policy.

Your customers won’t know the products come from Tapstitch. They will come with your designs, under your brand, with no mention of Tapstitch.

3. Choose Products: Select items from our catalog and upload your custom designs.
4. Set Pricing: Determine your profit margins and publish products to your store.
5. Start Selling: When customers order, we’ll handle production, packaging, and shipping directly to your clients.

Yes, Tapstitch integrates seamlessly with popular e-commerce platforms. Once your store is connected, orders will automatically sync with Tapstitch for efficient fulfillment.
